gd 67 unlock the problem

to all

i donw grade the software of gd67 to unlock the phone and use different software unlocke problem is same every software like suplock griffin calculate the same same code of eight digit even i unlock the different mobiel of gd 67 and 87 it calculate the 16 digit code now the problem when i enter the lock menu it say re-enter the code and go back the man menue even some one tell me wait for 24 hour without sim and battries but the problem is same

can u suggest the how to write the eeprom area to remove the sim lock
