I was just wondering, now that there are so many FREE dct4 calcs about. If any one could post the actual Algo, so that you could manualy work it out on a calculator. Silly I know, but I'd still be intrested to know this.

someone posted it here, but it might be the old dct2 algo.
i don't have delphi or pascal to test it, so i will simply post it here.
this was posted before the forum reorganisation, by someone who asked the same question, but i couldn't find that thread, so here it is.
