connecting internet on pc thru 3650?

Hi friends,
I have got a gprs connection which allows me to use it unlimitedly for a month, so i want to use it on my laptop. I m facing following probs:-

1. I got a data cable, but i can not find any modem driver to connect it to my nokia 3650. if anyone knows, please let me know.

2.I m able to transfer files through PCSuite using infra red, but my modems do not connect! Always 'connecting...' appears on the mobile.

3.I can buy bluetooth but i m not sure if connecting through Bluetooth can be done, or i will experience same probs.???

Somebody please guide me through this...
