How to unlock V70 , please help

Is anyone know how to unlock V70 ? please help

i unlock v70 by box/cable no need for pc, i unlock for £20 or can supply you with unlocker for £150 which will unlock v60,v66,v70.

But if you unlock those phone with the clip you can not changer power-up banner... I want to change that to....thanks
