Possible to convert 3595 to 3530?

Hello,

Is it possible to convert a unlocked Nokia 3595 (GSM 850/1900) phone to a 3530 (GSM 900/1800)?

I have seen instructions for converting 3390 to 3310 but not 3595 but no other model phones.

Appreciate any help I get.
