The e700 didn't have video recording, but the E710 have, Can we flash the E700 to E710? did anybody try it before?
E715 can flash to E710, i did saw at other forum, after flash to E710 its become 900/1800Mhz.

No. E700 cannot be flashed to E710 because of hardware differences.
