I would like to say something v important.........

Firstly i have been trying to get an unlock code for my 3300 with no success, (this is not another attempt please dont delete) secondly when i write in here for help, my message gets moved to go knows where i cant find it, or deleted. I CAN'T download your frikin software whcih seems to be your answer to every unlocking problem, beacus i have a Mac. I dont seem what the problem is, beacause the first time i used your site i unlocked my 3300 no probs, then i got stolen, and now everything seems so much harder please somebody help!!!!!!!!!!!!
