What do I need?

I have a Nokia 6610 that displays 'Cannot Undo Restriction' when I try to enter an unlock code.
It seems to work with different sim cards, but won't accept any incoming calls - so I guess it's barred or something.
I've read that it is possible to unlock my phone using a cable - I was just hoping someone might be able to tell me exactly what sort of cable and software I would need in order to do this.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

a cable wont help you.. if you want to make it work in your country you will have to change the imei number, which is hard, dangerous, illegal, and most important - will cost more than a brand new 6610.

swap it with someone from another country for another barred one.
