ok, i have a 3315 that will not turn on. i press the power button, and all i get is several clicks from the ringtone buzzer and several led flashes from the keypad leds. same happens when i plug in the charger. i have tried 2 other batteries. any ideas?? is it fixable? i appreciate any help you can give me.
Check the contact of batery.
Try fullflash the phone (make the backup first), use a virgin eeprom.
Just flash it ..everithing must be Ok...

Hello,
Probably corrupted flash file, try flashing a FUBU flash file as previously advised. If problem persist, then thats the time you have to replaced with anew Flash IC to solve the problem.

first flash it...use virgin eep too..then if not working..do as micutu said.
