I am trying to unlock my 6820. the code generator has provided codes but the phone will not unlock. The message on the phone itself is 'cannot remove restriction' or something close to that. Can this phone be unlocked? :-?

I had mine unlocked with code #7 without problem.
Becareful that you can try 3 or 5 times before it locked your phone permanant and you have to have cable to flash it.
