Help unlocking my 5100

Have tried using the codes given on this website but comes up with message saying cannot remove restriction. Any ideas? I tried the codes below:

cannot remove restriction means that all your code chances have been used up and you can only unlock by using a serial fbus/mbus cable and rolis software or by taking it to someone with a clip
