T610 not switching on

i have a T610 that will not switch on, it is ok when flashing all areas AVR.ARM and GDFS, but will not switch on, because it flashes i have reason to suspect hardware problem, can somebody help me please

Under power chip there is a small chip related to network..U need to reball it..I hope it will work...

i sorted it, i just flashed it with R1L patched firmware, but now the screen is blue, even though it makes all the sounds and even makes and recieves calls, but screen is blue,

Any ideas anyone
