Need nokia 3210 HELP

Ok, this is my first post in your lovley forum.
I have gotten my hands on a nokia 3210 ;-)
And i want to do some changes to it. but well i have been searching like wild
in the forum and i still don't get a thing.

What i want to do.
I want to inveart the screen
Get new games
Mabye change the "operating system"
i'm gona change color on the keys (know how to do it)
want to get a vibrator (know that to)
Mabye uppdate icons.

if anyone can tell me how to make it plz tell me.

i have seen some really cool nokia 3210 on the net, but no instructions

have you got anymore idea what i can do? i want to change as mutch ass possibel, as long as it works :D
