3210 caput!!!!

Hi all

I have an 3210 that not run. I had upgrade my 3210 and, first i'd make a back up of my flas wint rolis 4.77. But later, when i went to upload the new flash, in the rolis 4.77 appears the same error "Flash erasing error.Must receive 91 00 FF, but receive 00 00 00. Check VPP,Vbat voltage, phone type" and i can't swicht on my phoe, and upgrade.

Please i need some help.

Dont worry mate just keep trying to flash it - although it doesnt turn on exactly when it asks you to pwer on shortly it will "ignite" allowing it to be flashed :)
