GX10 and Sharp Unlocker 3.1 help please!

Hi all,

I have received an unlocking cable and got hold of the Sharp Unlocker 3.1 earlier today. I am currently pulling my hair out trying to unlock this phone with no success at all. All I can find is people saying how wonderful this program is but I just can't seem to unlock this phone. :-?
The program runs it's little thing, messages appear on the GX10 and then reboots. I put the new sim card in and all I get is 'Insert Sim Card'.
I've even tried the program by UnlocKing with no luck. Does exactly the same.

I will really appreciate any help.

What kind of cable are you using and what OS are u using?

I unlocked my GX10i easily on the first attempt.

Have you tried putting a different simcard in the phone on a different network
and then retrying the procedure? i forget which program i used but thats how i did it ;)

I replaced the voda sim with an orange and then started the phone clicked
unlock and that msg you mention pupped up and all was well after rebooting the phone.
