3410 to 3350 Problem

I have two 3410.

I have flashed a 3350 MCU & PPM & EEPROM to the oldest one and it works great, But when I do the same flash to the NEWER 3410 the SIM locks remain closed all the time and can not be opened by ANY program.

Has anybody seen this or got a solution?

not even IMEI restore solves the problem?

what MBUS programs do when restoring imei is that they send a command to the phone and it writes itself a clean eeprom to the phone (the values are stored somewhere in MCU area ;) )
maybe that could clear the locks issue :-?

I have tried 5 different EEPROMS but none work. In the old 3410 downgraded to a 3350 everything works great. I copied the FLASH + EEPROM from the old and wrote it to the New 3410 but say's "SIM CARD NOT ACCEPTED".

I have tried Noktool 1.8, DCT3RPv3.2 & Knok to replace IMEI & Reset SP locks all goes well untill you try and it still say's "SIM CARD NOT ACCEPTED". :-?
