is there any soft that converts midi to .re to rtttl?, or wav to .re to rtttl?

You can easily get it from the search engine.

I'm sure it can convert CDs to mp3 or wav files, or mp3 to wav, but not sure about .re and .rtttl format.

Pare ko, try opening the midi file in Logomanager 1.2.8.1 then save it as rttl or .rtx format.
