How to unlock the SIMLOCK in Siemens C25 and C35?

How to unlock the SIMLOCK in Siemens C25 and C35? Which program should I use?

for x25 I don't know allthough I did this some years ago.
for x35 look at my attachment!

Try all25 Service Software. Pretty old though. Dunno where to get it nowadays...
