6260 Problem
My Nokia 6260 has been giving me a "Phone Startup Failed, Contact Retailer." message for about a month. I have tried to reflash it with the right MCU and PPM files, and still get the same message. When Trying to do a user area format, under prodigy, i get a Formatting User Area......Failed!.

sorry for not being able to help with your problem, but i also own a 6260 and i'm not sure what you mean by "flashing the phone with the right MCU and PPM files"... are you referring to a firmware update? i thought the only way to reflash the firmware was by using some sort of external device, and not directly by uploading files to the phone... am i missing something here? i also want to upgrade to the latest firmware, but since this phone is not available in the US, no one seems to be able to do it...
