Also, be careful with V2 because there's no exact date when it was blacklisted... we know that it started to be blacklisted in middle 04 and by nov 04 it was rejected by most phones. Since your phone is from mid 04, there could the possibility that it rejects the code (giving you code error). In any case, any of the newer serials (Like Original, ONE, GAY's, 33000) should work fine.
Yes, you need to put the network code of your original provided, since the fact that the contract ended doesn't unlock your phone. Anyways, as you say that the contract has ended, Movistar should provide you the unlock code for free if you ask for it.
If you choose to generate the codes, use the seventh code from the set.

there are more than 2.000 pieces of box serials to use for calculation and all of you try to calc codes with those few you know... :-D
feel free to try any other serial in 32xxx/33xxx/34xxx range if you know the correct range :-P or just have a look on new valid serials posted!
