Will a 2GB memory card be compatible with my 6230?

Hi all, 1st post and all. :)

I've seen some 2gb memory cards which are around £20 more expensive than 1gb cards... So I was wondering if anyones tried 'em at all in the good old 6230?

I'm using firmware v4.44... but am willing to flash it to a newer firmware if needed. (I remember flashing my 3210 back in the day) :cool:

Yes it works but apperently it will only be able to use 512 MB of it.

Where's the support for that comment? Not bashing you, but I have a 1Gb in my 6230 and the phone can use the whole card. Why would a 2Gb only address 512? Where's the reference?

I had a 2 GB card in myin and could use all of it :)
