Hi
can some 1 please help i was given a samsung e700 a while ago but when i put my working sim card in it says limited service.
i read on most forums that it could be becase the phone is blocked so i purchased a data cable and change the imei number but it still says limied service and when i dial out on it nothing happens. can some 1 please help me as it is driving me mad.

ok you have posted the exact same problem twice on the forum, this is considered spamming and is frowned upon here...
also, you have changed an IMEI of a Mobile Handset, which is also frowned upon here, not least of all because it is illegal...
your phone would ONLY get blocked if it is a stolen handset, so my advice to you is to restore its original IMEI and return it to whoever you got it from...
perhaps you didnt break the law by stealing it but you broke the law by changing the IMEI... shame on you...
