3310 3315 and 3350 problem

hello
IS there any one who has done interfacin of 3310 with controller.
I need some help.

I am able to send sms through 3315 but not able to recieve phone status
i am using mbus version2

i am sending right frame but i am not getting the reply from phone i am getting only ack

while with same program when i interface 3350 i got the reply in first try only.
