Flashing 6310i ... error comes up

Hi,

I have been trying to flash my 6310i but without success. The following error comes up:

Initializing Phone...
Flash configuration:
9B02010001257E250200400200000001...
Boot and Flash loaders operation took 5.516000 seconds
Erasing - erase took 74.109004 seconds
Flashing MCUFlashing FAILED
Make sure phone is connected and powered!
ErrCodes: [18:0000]

what is the software you use for this , is the same software for the 6230 also ??
