D500 strange error

Got a D500. When i try to power it onit shows me only white screen. Its unable to call/or make a call. When i connect the charger, it beep (starting to charge), and when i plug into the pc its beep again (connected), but nothing else. I cannot access into the phone memory from the pc.

Is it the flex cable, or software? (first i want to make a copy of the sms/pictures) is it possible somehow??
