Transfer contacts & SMS from N2630 to N5130

Tried searching for previous threads on this but did not find anything relevent.

Have a Nokia 2630 with contacts and SMS stored in phone memory. How can I go about transferring them to the new Nokia 5130 ExpressMusic?

Tried to select the Contacts or SMS but when selecting Options, there is no option to transfer to another phone. Only option is to copy or move (to SIM card).

Anyway I can do it using Bluetooth to Bluetooth transfer between the two phones?
