E65 is dead, how to flash it?

Hi, my friend bought E65 from UK and gave it to a service shop to unlock it for Indian sim.That service person flashed the phone with a wrong firmware now the phone is completely dead.Is there any way to solve the problem.Please tell me how to flash the Nokia phone.I am familiar with Motorola phone moding but new for Nokia .Please help me to solve the problem.
