Nokia 6280 - How to give life again?

Dear friends,

First of all good day to you all.

I had a perfectly running Nokia 6280 up to yesterday. I was happily taking photos when as soon as I got to the maximum phone memory limit, (the mobile does not have a micro SD card inserted) the mobile blocked. I tried to switch off and on again but the the mobile flashes the display three times and dies again. Probably is is a software issue.

Can you please tell me how can I give life to the mobile again. If it is not expensive job, I like to do it myself.
