Well, today i decrypted the flash of a gx10i. i have it in hex.

I want to know if there is any interested to start "tunning" sharp software just like it was done with nokia dct3, and others.

just bomblink is in gx20.. how do i upload games to the gx20, couldnt find anything in handset manager...

Flash 0304 GX10
I have it on good authority-(thanks to George) that version flash 0304 GX10 cannot be read or written to as it is "firewalled" inside the firmware.This is believed to be a mistake when they produced the firmware, hence the flashes are not readily available.
I have no more information at the moment, but will endeavour to find out.

Also beware, if using a GX10i flash on a GX10, the internal light will remain on unless you alter the times, or leave the phone open until the internal light goes out, then you can shut it and save your battery.

The codes listed are for use by Engineers only, unless you know what you are doing.

This is in no way a dispute about your knowledge, but please only access these if you know what you really are doing.
The Engineer code is for accessing cell properties, call logs etc.
Similar to netmonitor, but different applications. They are used in conjunction with software from a PC, not from just the phone.

Its pretty vague to guess what all these codes do, but I would just stick to the ones you know *#06# etc.

Unless you want to kill your phone then enter them all, some will not work as it depends on your firmware on your phone.

I work for a GSM operator so I guess I know about cell, power, etc.
But if it's coupled with a PC SW I guess I can't do anything....

My GX30 is a VODAFONE Live with firmware A15-006-0157-GX30C from 5th of march 2004.

When I make the "netmode enable" code, It makes nothing...

okay so far this is handy, i found the unlock menu in

Settings - MEP LOCK * sumthing like tht

anyway i found a way on the net for unlocking but it requires these codes. My opinion is that this isnt worth it because you most likley will need to ring vodefone for these codes or have a cable, which you should be able to unlock using another software. Apart from that i havnt got a cable atm when i buy it i`ll post more details

If you want to use these codes on a Sharp TM100, substitute *01763* by *325266*.

"763" from the GX-series means "SOF", probably for "software", in T9. Can anyone imagine what 325266 means (also in T9?).

Is there any "vodafone" free firmware for Gx-10i? Thanks to these softs, the infrared and cable communication is very "framed".

the enable engineer mode code, tried entering
the disable code but isnt working
