Can someone please help me..

im trying to find a long time now

an IMEI changer by software (using the original cable) for the
SGH-N600 or 620... to change th IMEI.

i have found a program that edits the BIN and Encrypts the
IMEI but how do i upload it to my CELL?

please help me... tell me if it possiable...
