Thread: Full Flash Problem

  1. #1
    Hi everyone!

I have these cases that I wanted to be solved:

First, I found a full flash file in the internet(3210v6.0). I used nfree to check if it's ok. There were no errors found. I used it to flash a 3210 with the same version(with a contact service prob- PPM checksum failed). Then the contact service was ok but it restarts when it gets a network.....( a logo will appear and then it turns off then on).

Second, I read a 3310 v402 with a contact service problem. I used nfree 1.2 to correct the problem. Then used it to flash the phone again. Contact service was gone but the same happens, it restarts( turns off and on) when it gets a network.

    Please help!

    Thanks a lot!!!

    For your First problem :

you must have a backup of your phone.
    And then use files at:

    http://groups.yahoo.com/group/ucables/files/dct-nokia-flasher-4.71.zip

for make a mcu or ppm only for your phone, and then you must flash the files that created from the dct software to your phone. Remember..!, don't try to full flash your phone if you don't have a backup of your phone or you don't have a Dejan Flasher Software and hardware.
If you just flash the mcu and ppm anddress of your phone, you will didn't get "No signal and 4 locks". At many case, I found just at 1 lock if I try to flash the mcu and ppm of that phone.

    for second problem:
You must recalculate your "Flash Authority ID" of the phone. at your first problem, you must to do that too.

    Enjoy..
