nokia 3310 all locks closed!!

Hi! Can anyone help me? I have full flashed a nokia 3310 v4.35. From 00200000 to 00400000. the phone turns on! but the locks are all closed.I think it is because it change the eprom information (IMEI) .Is there any solution for ti? I have read the 3310 start addreee 003CFFF0 TO 003D0000 if it´s any good! And it is attached.
