NU2000 v1.11b?

Hello there, i have downloaded NU2000 v1.11b from a few different sites but i can not get any of them to work, i install it restart my PC then run the Hasp.exe, everything seems to be fine but then as it is loading i get the error message
'Hasp device driver not installed (-100)' then after that it says 'The FBUS.DLL file cannot start. Check the file to determine the problem. What am i doing wrong? does the phone have to be connected - turned on?, do you have to put the Hasp.exe in a particular directory?
I hope somebody can help me out,

If you have the previous version of nu2000,install it first before installing the nu2000 v1.11b.
