    Just open flash.out file wiht hex editor and look the PPM image begins.Usualy with text string: PPM.V 4.59.01-06-98.NSE-1.(c)NMP - or somthing)

    Yes for example Nokia 5110 this address is 0b0000-0ffff beging PPM.....
