signel problem with 8210

hi any one help me i have a 8210 which i have put a new antena to get a signel but it made no diferance so i have been told it is a softwear prob somthing about FAID could a kind person out there please talk me through the operation and tell me (send me) the softwear i need i have the cables thanks hugh

Heres the software!
It may not be that though, the antenna switch is not the only part that gives signal problems!
The PA does also (the bigger one next to the switch) there are many others but this is the most common cause!

Its pretty self explanitary, read the phone info then click the 'FAID' button!

By the way this is the wrong forum!
Should be in the 8210 or hardware not dct4 unlocking!
