caller groups missing 7210

I got new 7210 but have only 10 ringing tones and no caller groups. Can somebody help me how to restore caller groups and how to add some more ringing tones in ringing tones menu. I have Nokia PC suite 5.0 and IR cable. Thanks

You can't add ringing tones in ringing tones menu. But you can add new midi ring tones in the Gallery's "Tones" section which you access through "Open Gallery" option in the ringing tones menu.

The caller group option can be accessed by:
Main Screen >> Names >> Caller Groups (Option 10)

I know how to access caller groups, but when i try to access them the phone returns me to main screen.

Quite strange. Does it show any error message? Try switching keys, it works at times.

You can tones to the tones menu with Oxygen Ringtone Workshop its free.

I used this when my 6610 had software 3.09 and I couldn't change my message alert tone to one in the gallery so I uploaded it to the tones menu with ORW.

Thanks cprafferty. I needed that information. Where can I download the simple ringtones like "RingRing" and "Nokia Tune"?
