can the 7650 only communicat with 7650/3650 or can it communicate with other nokia phones

it does connect with the new SET610 and new phones with IR
but it only support in Transferring Pic and polytones

Here in our country you can't transfer images to other phones if you are not of the same network provider, hance no exchange of pictures thru IR. Boring, they should have laws for these situations. I mean what's the use of the MMS if you can't send images to the other person just because that person uses another network. Aren't they bound by the interconnection laws... I mean they are required to have interconnection via SMS, why not MMS right?

weve tried that just today..

7650 and / or 3650 communicates with each other.
it also communicates with 9210i.

but not with 7250 (or was it 7210) the one with infra red.
