s10 wrong software?Urgent

Is there anyone knows old siemens s10 with wrong software. I tried andromedia unlocker 6.0 but this soft only connect handset only powered on.
Only changing eeprom ic 24c32 solution can repair or not?

2 write a good eep

This siemens is not s10, little bit different model sl1088. So where is eeprom ic for sl1088? I couldn't find any 24xx eeprom ic?

the eep mast be in the rf block like in s 10 model
