i have an nokia 3650 and i would like to unlocked it, i don't know how, i am kind of newbie to the cell phone. all i know is my IMEI number and i don't know what is my network , how can i find out. thank you

i wonder how am i going to key in the code. for example, the code above. how am i going to type first, is it i type the key "#" in my phone and then follow by the "7" and "9" ??? because the first letter of "7" is "p" and the first letter of "9" is "w". i am not sure what i should press for the "+" . please somebody help me, thank you. have a nice day. thanks for your time and patience.
