the only way to unbarr a phone is to change it's imei.

in order to do that you have to replace a chip inside the phone (called UEM) and then program it with a software to contain the IMEI you want.

this is illegal, expensive, and dengerous if you don't know exactly how to do it. i suggest that you unlock the phone with codes, and sell it or swap it with someone from another country where it won't be barred.
