Unhappy couldn't delete FILES from Phone !!!

    Hi to all,
i have a strange Problem with my 3650!
Wwhen i install a prorgam on the Phonememory
    it all works fine!
if i want to uninstall i use the "manager" and the file will be replaced!

But after i unistall the program the phonememory wouldn't
    enable!!!
And the "manager" shows the "uninstalled" program in his list!
Now when i will delete the "uninstalled" program from the list
a message of system error will be displayed!

I couldn't replace all files i even have installed on the phonememory! I trying delete the "uninstalled" program
with FExplorer directly from the "installs" folder, but it doesn't work, too!!!

    Please, who can help me?
My phonememory is very few now!!!

    Thanks,

    Dr. Schnagglz

If you format your phone it does not delete your operating system, it simply restores your settings to default and your phone will be as if you have just bought it (with no 3rd party applications installed) Hope this helps,

    I have do it !!!

I reformated my phone and it works!

I backuped my contacts with vcard and the other things manualy from phone to memorycard an dfrom memorycard over cardreader to my PC ! Because i don't have bluetooth or irda!

After i backuped my files i put in the adaptar from charger and

    type: "*#7370#

...after a few minutes i have a new phone !
And it works all! Now I could delete files from phone again!

I will install all my programs on the memorycard yet, because i don't will get the same problems I have had!

Is there a disadvantage if the programs not will not installed on phonememory?

    Thanks for you great help,

If you reformat the phone using the ol' *#7370# technique does it delete all of your connection access points. When I bought my phone it came with 4 vodafone access points already setup - if I reformat will I lose these?

If so then will I have to manually re-enter all the information or can I back it up somehow? Or request it from vodafone via text message or something?

    Cheers

Samtech - This nokia Datasuite: is it part of the PC suite that came with my phone? (I havnt installed it yet - waiting for bluetooth to arrive) Or is the datasuite a seperate application that I need to aquire from elsewhere? If so where can I find it?

    Cheers

This is part of what came with your phone , ir your box there should be a CD-ROm , it's on that CD-rom , allong with some more Nokia relative programs and two free games , bounce and Triple Pop and it's free , to get new versions at nokia site , just look up for your phone there and click on software
