    Question MY3020 Unlock

    I have a unlock code for a MY3020 but I'm struggling to enter it because it has got a minus in it, can anyone help me with how and where I enter it?

    Ignore the "-" sign and put the figures alone.

    Thanks we thought that might be the case it must be the wrong code because it doesn't do anything apart from increase the attempt timer.
