HI PPL!
I have noticed that my N3650 camera shows like a preview of the image on the screen before I take the photo or the video. A friend of mine has a N7650 and do not have this preview screen. The advantages of this preview are that the video frame rate increases considerably, specially when there is no light.
The problem is that when I rec a video, the quality of the video on my 3650 is worse than my friends one. Perhaps is for this preview. Any idea of what I am talking about?

Hi! I doŽnt have a clue about the problem you have? Never even heard of such problem before...?
Are you using the original camera/video software that came with your phone or have you installed something new?
