Please Unlock my Nokia 5100, FIDO

I tried the first code #pw+897911623500307+1# and it worked! The phone told me "Phone Restriction off" and then restarted.

Can I continue inputting the second code #pw+975342205374137+7 as well? I assumed that I could not use the phone in another country when I only inputted the first code. Is that true?

When I inserted a Sim Card from China Mobile, the phone said "Phone Restricted". So I tried to unlock my cellphone again,using the +7 code. The phone then told me "Phone restriction off". After insert the China Mobile Sim card again, this problem was settled!

So I assumed that to completely unlock a cellphone,I should input both +1 code and +7 code.

Now the phone is a world phone,but I still have FIDO starting logo
