how can i download the full version of logomanger

i have a 6510 phone and want to open the engineering mode of it. i have 1.3.0 demo version, however it does not have the function. so where can i download the full version?

even if you get the full version it will not be activated.. why?

because the 6510 is a DCT-4 phone and NOBODY (well maybe nokia lol) know how to turn it on.

dont you have to buy a version of a dct4 with enginerring mode built into it
and u can only get that if u are an autherised dealer?
or the other way is a fimware upgrade if i remember right
but a normal dct4 cannot have the feature enless its one of the above
