it means the phone will work with other networks? (i just dont have the means to check that now)

if it says code accepted, that means your phone is now unlocked and codes i gave were correct and valid

yes, it now means the phone will work with other networks with no issues (unless phone is not dualband or something like that)

the difference between the two numbers are for what lock on the phone they open, each code opens different lock combinations, generally only lock 1 and lock 7 are used.
