9210i to 9210c

Does anyone know can a 9210i change to 9210c, because 9210i without chinese language, does anyone know how to add chinese support to 9210i??? What software and tools i need???

can be reinstall the whole symbian ourself??

Not sure, but no one does a flasher for it apart from nokia, so you would be the first if you flashed it and it's a bit of money down the drain if it goes wrong and then you would have to take it to service center to be fix anyway.
