Serious 7250i Problem - Phone Crashes when I press 'Goto' & Alarm Clock Vanished!!

Hi there,

I would be very grateful if someone could suggest anything to this problem

I have a Nokia 7250i and I am using the Oxygen Phone Manager with it on my PC. To connect the 2 devices I am using one of those wires that goes under the battery (dunno what its called).

Up to now, now problems. However something crazy has happened.

Whenever I try to press the right button (which I have configured as 'Goto') the phone crashes out and restarts. If I go to Setings/Personal Shortcuts and choose anything from that menu the same happens.


Somebody help me as this is driving me nuts! I need my goto button to work, at the moment all it does is act as a shortcut to reset the phone!

Tryed the 'Restore Factory Settings' button in 'Settings'. Didn't work

yo looks like u will need to send ur hp to ncc for re-setting. ur hp is still under gerenty wat. juz say it suddenly like that.

1st of all the cable u use is a data cable

2nd big mistake to use oxygen.... read up about it it causes everyone problems and

3rd just take it to nokia like yeekin said
