7210 problems! Any help appreciated!

I bought a 7210 recently, but it doesnt work when i turn it on. It says sim card registration failure, how do i go about unblocking this please?

I was told to post my IMEI.. it's: 351463101415789

I'm on o2 if anyone needs that info.

you must use
