Pana Problem - Help me please

Hi all

I am a mobile-phone repairman. I met with a strange difficulties yesterday. I wonder whether or not somebody meet with like this problem.

Mobile Model: Panasonic GD 92
Problem : Sim lock

I used "Panasonic Unlocker" solving this problem. But I met problem. I clicked "KILL" button. Then phone passed Test mode. But phone's sim lock wasnt broken.
And I decided to load new flash file to phone. And I clicked "Erase" button. In Phone's screen, "Flash file erasing" was writing. then program was locked. "Panasonic Unlocker" have
flash files. But I cant upload this flash file to my phone because phone doesn't pass Test Mode. Phone isn't opened any more. Please help me. How can I write flash file to panasonic phones?

Note: One of my friends who is a repairman said me "if you have a running a panasonic GD92, we can write phone's flash."

Hi Go to the option "Write Flash" and do again full flash it,s become dead because it erases the data do write flash your phone will be ok don.t touch while phone is processing flash

thanks for your reply. but what is your program's name? Have you my program? I tried to write flash but I couldnt see "options" button. where is it?
